My original two books with James Quirk (1992 and 1999, respectively). Parts of them still stand up pretty well, especially the argument on breaking up the leagues in Hard Ball.
My co-edited volumes with John Fizel (both 2004). Both were attempts to fill voids in the literature at the time. And both remain pretty current as references.
